The team of The Happy Family Food Project consists of a bunch of people with the most various backgrounds: We´ve combined the knowledge of medicine, dentistry, psychology, global health, an eating disorder counsellor, a ballet dancer, constant travellers, a life coach, and passionate home cooks.
Although we do have the medical/psychological backgrounds, in a blog, we cannot replace the face-to-face counselling through our colleagues in the practices/clinics.
We do not (yet) offer any one-to-one or group counselling via our website (blog.thehappyfamilyfoodproject). Therefore, we cannot yet act as such, and in particular cases you may be required to consult your nutritionist, GP, or any other specialist.
All photos, recipes, summaries/glossaries on medical topics, and the “Did you know …”-section in this blog are ©thehappyfamilyfoodproject. If we were/are inspired by other chefs/cooks, or have replicated one of their recipes, we have (and always will) state(d) this explicitly, when we comment or summarize scientific data we always give the reference of the original article. As we are respectful with other people´s intellectual property, we ask you to do the same. If you want to share, or quote, a post, link to our blog, replicate a recipe, name our „Did you know…“-section etc., please refer to our blog/our project. If you don´t, you´ll be faced with the legal consequences. Thank you.
